SHIPPING Q&A


Shipping occurs the day after you have paid unless its a weekend or holiday, We will send a tracking number when your item ships. We take every precaution to package all items with care to make sure they arrive in their best condition. In the rare case that something arrives damaged please email us with pictures within 24hrs of delivery and we will send out a replacement. 

It says my package was delivered but I can’t find it

We would first recommend checking your order and make sure you typed the correct shipping address.  If the address is correct, check with everyone at your address to make sure that someone else didn’t grab it from the mail box first- we have seen this happen quite a few times! If you still can’t find it email us.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for items that are lost or stolen in transit. Claims can be filed directly to USPS by the buyer. It’s very easy to input your tracking number to the USPS WEBSITE and fill out a few questions.They will send you a refund for your purchases. 

I forgot to change my address on my order and it’s already been sent out, what happens now?

Unfortunately, this is NOT our fault. We will have to wait for the package to be returned to us and then we can resend. We cannot be held responsible if the person at your old address just decides to keep said package (this happens a lot, sad but true). Please note the new postage will have to be paid before we resend your package. This can be done through PayPal or Venmo.
